Two brothers-in-law. One better way to build.
Lifestyle Builds started when KJ and Ian stopped talking about the building company they believed should exist, and built it. KJ brings a decade of making complicated projects run smoothly. Ian spent 12 years rowing for New Zealand and brings that same discipline and dedication to site every day.
Together with our small, trusted team, we build homes we'd happily put our own families in, because we believe your home deserves the same care and attention we'd give our own.

Registered Master Builders, fully insured, tidy sites. Eligible builds are backed by the Master Build Guarantee, and we come back for a maintenance check about 12 months after handover.

Real pricing from our trusted subbies, wrapped into one comprehensive fixed-price quote. No vague allowances.
Consent
We handle the detailed drawings, engineering and council consent, and keep you in the loop the whole way through.
Build
Construction typically runs four to seven months, with weekly updates as a minimum. Then the best bit: handover day.
