Who you'll be working with.
KJ Andersen
General Manager
KJ is usually the first person you'll meet, and he stays involved right up until construction begins. He works closely with you to understand what you want, guides you through the planning and makes sure every detail is in place before work starts. Coming from management across several industries, he's naturally organised and likes bringing people, systems and processes together so the whole experience is straightforward.
Ian Seymour
Construction Manager
Once your project is underway, Ian takes the lead on site. A Licensed Building Practitioner and former New Zealand representative rower, he brings discipline, teamwork and determination to every build, coordinating the team and our trusted subcontractors and keeping things moving. If a challenge comes up, Ian doesn't look for excuses. He finds solutions.
Lewis Fairbrass
Foreman
Lewis leads by example on site every day. Working closely with Ian, he maintains the quality of the workmanship, keeps the team focused and sets the standard for how every Lifestyle Builds site should look and run. His attention to detail and positive attitude show in every build we hand over.
Robyn Andersen
Accounts Manager
Robyn keeps the business running behind the scenes. From accounts through to administration, she keeps everything organised so projects keep moving, and makes sure suppliers, subcontractors and clients all get the support they need throughout the build.
Zoe McBride
Marketing Manager
Zoe shares the Lifestyle Builds story and shows off the projects we're proud to deliver. She helps homeowners understand who we are, what we stand for and the quality of work we produce, so more people discover Lifestyle Builds and the homes we create.

Jono Bass - Qualified Builder
Jono has over 10 years' experience across residential and commercial construction, from high-end homes and renovations through to steel buildings, roofing and cladding. He's also worked in foreman roles, so he brings leadership and practical problem-solving to every site. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, the outdoors and time with his family.
Sunjay Singh - Qualified Builder
Sunjay has over four years' experience in residential construction. He brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail and genuine pride in quality workmanship, and he enjoys being part of a team and finding practical solutions on site. Outside of work, you'll find him at the gym or out pig hunting.
Stuart Wratten - Apprentice Builder
Stuart has several years of residential building experience across renovations, new builds, pole sheds and general construction. He previously worked as a structural steel draughtsman, which gives him a strong eye for detail and a clear picture of how a project comes together from concept to construction. Off site, he values time with his family and woodworking.

Behind the core team is a wider crew that turns up on every job. Many have worked alongside us for years, which is why we can deliver every project with confidence and consistency.
On site you'll also often meet Neil, KJ's dad, who helps out on the tools.
