Every shed home is custom engineered for its site, and we've spent years refining our systems for seismic zones, wind loading, snow loading and the different ground conditions you find across the country. Every garage comes in three heights: a 2.4m eave as standard, or 3.1m and 3.8m eaves when the boat, campervan or machinery needs a taller roller door. Add a 4m by 8m garage bay or carport in any height, or a 2.7m or 3.5m wide patio with the full concrete upgrade.
Then there are the finishes. Our Darfield showhome shows what cedar cladding, highlighted joinery and garage carpet do for a standard design, alongside a covered patio, extra and higher garages and a carport. Viewings are by appointment.

Real pricing from our trusted subbies, wrapped into one fixed-price contract before construction begins. If you change something mid-build, you'll see the cost and the timeline impact before any extra work starts.
Master Build Guarantee
We're Registered Master Builders and Ian is a Licensed Building Practitioner. Eligible builds are backed by the Master Build Guarantee, and we come back for a maintenance check about 12 months after handover.
Design and consent included
Our full build prices include the design costs, the engineering costs and the building consent fees. We handle the drawings and the council so you don't have to.
