Building a home is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make. Our job is to make the process as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Here's what you can expect when you build with Lifestyle Builds.
PROMISE 1
Budget.
A price you can plan on.
We provide fixed-price contracts, so you know exactly what you're committing to before construction begins.
If you choose to make changes during the build, we'll give you a clear variation setting out the cost and any impact on the programme before any extra work starts. There are no hidden surprises.
PROMISE 2
Timeline.
You'll never be left wondering where things stand.
Before construction starts, we give you an estimated completion date based on the agreed scope of work.
Weather, council approvals and material availability are outside our control. How we handle them isn't. We keep you informed throughout the project and tell you about any changes as early as possible.
PROMISE 03
Trust.
Your home and property, treated with respect.
Our team and subcontractors are fully insured, and we keep clean, safe worksites throughout the build.
At the end of each day we aim to leave your property tidy, secure and ready for the next stage of construction.
PROMISE 04
Quality.
If something isn't right and it's our responsibility, we'll put it right.
As Registered Master Builders, every eligible project we build is backed by the Master Build Guarantee.
Our commitment doesn't stop at handover. Around 12 months after completion we return for a maintenance inspection, address any defects covered under our obligations and make sure your home still meets the standard we expect.
PROMISE 05
Communication.
Weekly updates as a minimum.
We think communication is one of the biggest reasons clients enjoy building with us. You'll get regular updates throughout your project, weekly as a minimum and more often whenever important decisions or milestones come up.
Ask us a question and we'll get back to you promptly. If we're on site or with another client, we'll respond as soon as we can. You'll always know who to contact, what's happening next and where your project is up to.

Registered Master Builders
We're Registered Master Builders, and every eligible build is backed by the Master Build Guarantee. Independent protection for your investment, not just our say-so.
Licensed Building Practitioner
Ian, our Construction Manager, is a Licensed Building Practitioner. The person running your build is licensed and accountable for it, and he's on site, not behind a desk.
12-month maintenance check
Around 12 months after handover we come back, inspect your home and put right anything covered under our obligations. It's in the process, not an afterthought.
